Association Cheval d'Arc

Association Cheval d'Arc was created in 2012 as a way to develop horseback archery in France. It was founded by Robin and Thierry Descamps who are passionate horseback archers for more than 10 years, decorated with medals on national, European and international level. They introduced horseback archery to French Federation of horseback riding and taught this sport in more the 30 equestrian centers in France. They are experts in Hungarian techniques learnt from Kassai school.

Club

Cheval Arc owns a huge training center with indoors riding and shooting area and one of the biggest in Europe 120m track surrounded by water. In their center there are also dormitories that can host 40 people. In 2017 the Horseback Archery Academy was created which currently unites 7 sport clubs in France with 25 archers following the same rules, way of living and thinking. Every year Association organises 2 international competitions (TACA and KIC) and various national ones.
