Austrian Horseback Archers

In Austria horseback archery is only beginning to arise. Officially the Austrian Horseback Archers association was founded in September 2017 but its history starts earlier with various training courses and workshops with French (Sarah Bendin-Londono) and Polish (Wojciech Osiecki) trainers. They build their own Hungarian track at the stables so they could train constantly at home and not only during the workshops. Currently they have 6 horses trained for horseback archery at their stables.

Goal

The aim of the organisation is to build an Austrian group of horseback archers who could participate in European Grand Prix and competition as well as in other international training camps and events. They want to promote this sport in Austria as for now it is little known and this project gives them the biggest possibility to achieve this goal.
